I currently ship in the US and internationally. All orders typically ship next business day with exception to launches or large sales which may delay shipping up to 2-3 business days. Please note that handling time is in addition to shipping time.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If incorrect address is provided with an order, the customer is responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with the package.
Once a package is shipped, I am unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can do my best to resolve the issue for you.
I am happy to ship worldwide! If your country isn't an option during checkout, please notify me, and I will happily add it as an option. Shipping times vary greatly when shipping internationally. The shipping times provided during checkout are only estimates provided by shipping carrier (I.E. USPS or Fedex).
Please note: Custom Fees (i.e. Import duties, taxes and other charges) are not include in the price of the item or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or if the wrong items are accidentally sent. Please contact me via email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item. I will happily work with you to resolve the issue!
I am required to charge sales tax in the state of Kansas. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to addresses within the state of Kansas.
